CERTIFIED: Certified through the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), an organization formed to improve the Home Inspection Industry and protect the real estate consumer by promoting only qualified and certified home inspectors. In order to become a certified member, we are required to pass an entrance exam, follow a set Standards of Practice, and abide by the NACHI Code Of Ethics. As part of the membership standards, we must also continue to improve upon training through continued education requirements set forth by NACHI, similar to that which realtors and appraisers must complete.

QUALIFIED: My experience includes construction materials and procedures inspections for commercial construction and building sites, performing tests and inspections both in the field and in lab settings. My formal education includes university courses such as Indoor and Outdoor Air Quality Resources and Management, Water Resources and Management, Environmental Concerns and Conservation Resources, and Energy Conservation. Further education includes the H.E. School of Building Analysis and Inspection, and numerous related inspection courses. This combination of formal training, affiliation with the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, and previous experience, assures that I am one of the more competent, highly skilled, formally trained, professional home inspectors in the industry.
