1.    The Advanced Infrared Inspection

We begin with a thorough examination of the home's walls, ceiling, floors, plumbing, and wiring. Differences in temperature appear as thermal variations which provide us with crucial information that could range from energy loss and electrical problems, to water damage, roof and pipe leaks, and structural concerns.  Infrared technology is not x-ray vision.  We cannot see 'through' walls, objects, or other finished surfaces.  However, the technology (when applied competently) is often successful in identification of otherwise difficult to discover concerns.

2.    The Visual Inspection

We combine the infrared scan with a traditional (visual) home inspection, paying special attention to the warning signs detected with the assistance of infrared technology. During this process we investigate "suspicious" areas, as observed by the infrared scan, and seek to identify and confirm the problem or problems.
